A superbill is provided shortly after every visit for you to submit to your insurance company, but the details of what your plan will reimburse are best clarified with your insurance company. I do not see Medicare or Medicaid beneficiaries. Payment is due at the time of scheduling an appointment. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided after your initial evaluation.
